1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the 90 Day Goal Planner mobile application, web dashboard at goalsetting.app, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, do not access or use the application.
2. Nature of Service & Productivity Disclaimer
90 Day Goal Planner provides algorithmic productivity frameworks, habit tracking, and goal planning tools based on cognitive behavioral principles. Our software and AI-generated outputs do not constitute licensed medical, psychiatric, legal, or professional financial advice. Always consult qualified physicians before undertaking strenuous exercise regimens or certified financial planners before making investment decisions.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
The app offers both a complimentary free tier and optional premium subscription tiers (“90 Day Pro”). Subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play Store are managed by their respective platform billing engines and will renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the conclusion of the active billing cycle.
4. User Conduct & Acceptable Use
You agree to use 90 Day Goal Planner solely for lawful personal or organizational productivity. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to extract the source code or proprietary AI prompt engineering frameworks of the application.
5. Intellectual Property
All brand marks, visual design assets, logos, and UI components are the exclusive intellectual property of 90 Day Goal Planner. You retain full and exclusive ownership of all proprietary goal text, custom habit names, and journal entries created within your personal account.
